Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition — unused, unassembled, and in the original packaging with all accessories and documentation. Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date shown on your shipping confirmation.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned: items damaged through customer misuse or accident; items with removed or tampered serial numbers; digital products or software once activated; and items explicitly marked as final sale.
How to Return
1. Email support@tech.theverdictcourier.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. Our support team will provide instructions and a return shipping authorization within 1 business day.
3. Pack the item securely and ship it to the address provided by our team.
4. Your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days of us receiving the item.
