We ship worldwide via our fulfilment partners. Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

• Europe: 8–16 business days
• Australia & New Zealand: 10–18 business days
• Rest of World: 10–20 business days

These are estimates and not guarantees. Occasional delays may occur due to customs clearance, public holidays, or high-demand periods.

Order Tracking

Customs & Import Duties

International orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties imposed by your country. These charges are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in our prices or shipping fees.

Lost or Delayed Orders

If your order has not arrived within 25 business days of dispatch, please contact us and we will investigate and resolve the issue promptly.

Wrong Address

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We cannot redirect parcels once dispatched. If an incorrect address is provided and the parcel is returned, re-shipping costs will be the buyer's responsibility.
