Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Use the steps below to track your delivery in real time.

How to Track Your Order

1. Find your tracking number in your dispatch confirmation email.
2. Visit cjpacket.com or 17track.net — both work with our shipping carriers.
3. Enter your tracking number in the search box and click Track.

When Will I Get My Tracking Number?

Tracking numbers are generated once your order leaves our warehouse, typically 1–3 business days after your order is confirmed. You will receive it automatically by email — please also check your spam folder if you don’t see it.

Estimated Delivery Times

• United States: 7–15 business days after dispatch
• United Kingdom: 7–15 business days after dispatch
• Europe: 8–16 business days after dispatch
• Australia & New Zealand: 10–18 business days after dispatch
• Rest of World: 10–20 business days after dispatch

My Tracking Shows No Updates

It can take 2–5 business days after dispatch for tracking information to first appear in the system. This is normal — please check again after a few days.

Order Not Arrived?

If your order has not arrived within 25 business days of your dispatch email, please contact us and we will investigate immediately. We will either resend your order or issue a full refund.
